The second partners' transnational meeting took place successfully in Spain

20 June 2017

On 7 – 9 June, all partners of the eCF Council got together at the polytechnic campus of the University of Alcalá, Spain, for the second eCF partners transnational meeting.

During the transnational meeting, all partners presented the progress and future plans with regards to their activities.

A major topic of discussion was the launch of the online training for up-skilling IT professionals. As digital skills are extremely important in today’s work force, the project aims to expand the digital skills set of IT professionals with a free online training programme.

The project is now at the second phase of building 15 online e-competences learning units and having the training piloted by IT-professionals who will benefit from the free online training and provide a  valuable feedback for its improvement.

As external guest, Mrs Moyes from the Everis joined the meeting with information and updates on the European Skills/Competences, qualifications and Occupations (ESCO).

Overall, the meeting was a success!
